Pilates Reformer

I had a one on one demo session with a trainer at a gym, he said to me, people either love it or they don’t.
I did not love it.

First of all, I did not feel like I got any kind of workout. I was dissappointed to find out that the reformer uses a spring load system. In addition, I did not get a deep stretch feeling nor felt any kind of accomplishment after the session. Not to mention, it was totally boring and monotonous.

Nevertheless, I did discover that my shoulders are not aligned properly. My right is tighter and weaker than my left.

Well, I don’t think I will pursue this further… perhaps I will try those MBT shoes.
